Think theres nothing you can do with a toddler's hair? Think again. Look at this picture of my little sister with a twisted half up. Half of her hair, twisted into a hold, with fringe.My mom wanted me to put her hair in pigtails again, but I felt alittle dangerous.I wanted to do something different with her hai. She has such delicate curls that are so gorgeous I couldnt hold them back in pigtails. So I left some extra curls in the front for fringe, then combed her hair losely & carelessly back in a half hold-up. I twisted her hair to hold it together, then applied a thin purple hair tie. I carefully combed out the front for more fringe, & It was done!!
